Chuck at Mattress Firm Oswego was a great salesman. He made our bed buying experience much easier today. Yesterday we spent 5 hours at multiple stores and went home more confused. Today we ended up buying 2 queen beds and an adjustable base.

My wife and I initially wanted to just look but Charlie came over and showed us the different options for firmness and we quickly narrowed down the type we liked. He then took us through the different styles and we decided what we needed based on Charlie’s helpful guidance. All in all a very delightful experience and we can’t wait to get our new mattress!

I will admit - I had low expectations walking in, thinking the salespeople were likely to be high pressure and the experience less than stellar. I was so, so pleasantly surprised. Our salesperson, Charles, was an absolute gem and made the whole process pleasant and seamless. I had a ton of questions and he answered every one of them patiently and knowledgeably. He had my husband and I try out mattresses, explained the differences to us, and made sure we were comfortable and happy with our purchase. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back!!!

Mattress is not even one year and is sinking in the middle very bad. Tried to go through the warranty process and they make every excuse not to warranty the mattress. I Will never buy another mattress from mattress firm.

The Oswego Mattress Firm by Target is truly the best to work with. They actually help, not try to sell you the most expensive item. Charlie is especially amazing, but we have worked with 3 of the gentlemen who have worked there. If you want to shop for a mattress without feeling as if you are being forced to buy something you don’t want, go to this store. Their prices are competitive as well. We have bought two mattresses from there within the past year. We won’t go anywhere else.
