Very bad experience, I wont recommend. ******** is going to **** all the money he can **** and will do 1/2 of the job required. Not professional, and wont even pull permits for the job he 1/2 did.

Muralles Remodeling sloppy and unprofessional. They left garbage in our floors and left a big mess for us to clean up after they were done. Scratched out stainless steel fridge and treated us like liars and did nothing! About a week after the work was done, we noticed, after a few 100 degree days, that our house was not cooling off. Because we don't have a finished basement we never knew they left the basement window sitting in the floor to let all the heat come in our house until we went to check on the furnace. They also put a hole in our wall trying to run a line from the upstairs to the basement. They mentioned nothing about that either. We had to have our dishwasher serviced as well because they pinched the hose so tight and the water would not flow correctly. This has been months now and we are still finding things wrong. Most recently, we discovered after turning on the water hose outside our basement gets flooded because the copper line they installed punctured a hole. We noticed they tried to duct tape it but obviously, after a flooded basement, the duct tape didn't work!! Terrible work and workers. One good thing they are good at is denying their mistakes and not apologizing for the crap work. I just hope there is nothing else we find along the way that's damaged because of them. Horrible, and more EXPENSIVE as we go along. Regret calling them and will never do business with them again. I will sway anyone from going with them to save them the money and grief that comes along with hiring them.
