I am very grateful to Elijah for providing us with the best customer service. A previous employee printed our flyer on the wrong paper by mistake. But Elijah quickly resolved the issue and retyped it.

Whenever I am in a printing pinch I always come here! From wedding itineraries, business booklets, baby shower invites, and school projects, I use their printing services for EVERYTHING! They are so helpful and patient. Special shout out to the female manager from the summer in 2018 who helped me with my wedding items and Alex (2023) who is a saint and helped me with some baby shower invites! Thanks ladies!

I spent a good hour and a half trying out EVERY office chair at the Oswego location on 2/2/21. My chair at home has a serious vendetta against me and is determined to murder my back and legs whilst also crushing my soul. A nice gentleman checked in with me from time to time but was not pushy or intrusive. I narrowed my options to 4 chairs at varying price points. Deciding to sleep on it, I ended up ordering the Devara SitTrue by Serta at officedepot online for local pickup, paying $15 for assembly. Let the experts do that! My chair was ready in an hour for pick up. It is assembled perfectly, the chair is spotless and amazingly comfortable. THIS IS WHY WE NEED STOREFRONTS! You cannot go by reviews posted on "the big A" for something you are going to sit in for 8+ hours/day. Gotta go try the merchandise in person. I got my chair on sale and assembled for less than on A. I am very happy with the Oswego location and their excellent service.
