Ok so I have a friend that is not tech savy that went to the Batavia store to get help uploading a picture to print. The manager that was there was vey condescending and rude so my friend left ( o stars for them). So I offered to help and I took her to the Oswego Il location where they always take care of my needs. The Manager Rivina was there to help, she went above and beyond to help my friend out. My friend got her printing done and purchase a frame as well. This is an example of how customer service is done!!!!! Amazing lady that should be acknowledged for what she does. Super patient, friendly and professional. This will be my friends store from now on.......hats off to Rivina!!!!!!

I went to the Oswego store Ifor a last minute print job for a Christmas program which I needed within 24 hours - so pick up was set for the following day. To my surprise, they called a few hours later to let me know that my order was ready! Super fast same day turnaround! They did a beautiful job! Will use them again for all my printing needs. Reasonable price, too!

I’ve ordered 3 different print jobs here in the last few months and every single order has been incorrect. The most recent order, I received an email saying my order was ready for pick up and it was no where to be found when I went to pick it up at the store. The staff is always friendly and kindly corrects the issues but I wish it was done correctly in the first place. I will be trying another location in the future.
