I have been with old second for many years and this location in Oswego is the best! Everyone in the building is very welcoming. They always make sure I am taken care of efficiently and effectively. I will always come back to this location because of those reasons! A recommend everyone to go here

I have banked with O2 since 1994 when I opened my first checking account. As an adult living in the Oswego area, the Oswego branch has been my go-to since it opened. You can't beat any O2 for a personalized approach to banking, but Jodi and her team in particular really look out for their customers. They have caught fraud on my bank card in the past, they have helped me with numerous loans and CDs throughout the years, and they have helped in estate and trust matters. I use this bank almost exclusively (they do not have a branches in other states where I spend a good part of the year otherwise it WOULD be exclusive) and they absolutely go above and beyond for their customers. They are literally just a phone call or short drive away to help with whatever banking needs I've had over the past several decades. Personalized banking as it should be!

Banker Cheryl was professional. She was upfront on the amount of time the service would take. She was efficient and friendly. Our transaction was completed timely compared to the amount of time the same transaction took at another bank.

I have had old second since I got my first bank card in 2016, and I was never fond of it. Until One of the bankers there named Joclyn always helped me out and brightened my day! She was always so kind and sweet, and she helps out everyone in my family. She made old second worth going to!
