It is a good store, but it needs some modifications, such as the delivery service and some simple things. I do not want to detract from the value of the store, but they must work well to win customers.

Ella was very rude and unprofessional. I am surprised she is even working with animals. I have a very sweet and excited golden puppy. I went in early to pay, and she did not know I was his owner. The way I watched her treat my dog is completely unacceptable. I will never be coming back to this location again.

I took in my senior dog for a groom today, and I was unhappy. I booked with Kristina because she did a good job a previous time, but the groomer was changed to Mikayla without me knowing. There was a female in the check in process who was not quite listening to my concerns. My dog has a history of seizures that do not occur often which is why his vet did not recommend medication. It seemed like my information was going in through one ear and going out the other. She leashed my dog and stated “ok you can leave now.” As I was already trying to walk away.
Fast forward to pick up time, I said I was there for my dog and the other person said, “oh it’s you.”
The haircut was unfinished because my pet was peeing himself, which was their main reason. And stated that if he peed again he was going to be sent to the vet. So he got sent home with only a trimmed body. No legs, no head, no chin
If customers are being referred back to store policy, maybe try having this store policy readily available.
And as an FYI, urinary incontinence in older dogs and even older humans, can occur because of a bladder problem or prostate issue. Which was expressed.

Old expired food on the shelves. They do not check expiration dates so make sure you do before you open that bag and feed your beloved family member. My cat puked everywhere, horrible experience and the cashier didn’t even apologize. Would only shop here if my items are out of stock elsewhere.

Do not come here if you have a pet snake, they do not stock their frozen rats. I've come on different days for weeks because it's the closest pet store and they never have large rats available. (And they're cheaper at Petco)
