My first time here was in July. The two ladies that did my nails and toes did an amazing job. I believe their names were Tracy and Rachel - thank you!
I went back today (8/17/25) for my 2nd visit. I got a manicure and pedicure - the nail work itself was nicely done. However, I am very disappointed by the male employee at Pure Nails Spa. I don’t know his name or I’d put it in the comment. He helped me open my $100 AE gift card. My total was $75 for my gel nails and regular nail polish pedicure. I gave him a $14 cash tip, he charged my gift card $90. I ran to Kohl’s under the impression my card had $25 left and I was surprised that I only had a $10 balance.
It’s about ethical business for me. What he did was unethical. I will not be returning after this negative experience. Keep your extra $15….you got a total $29 tip today but you’ve lost my business and earned a negative comment.

The staff were polite. They were not pushy at all. The salon was clean and elegant. I requested almond shaped nails with a neutral pink color. My tech was wonderful. 10 out of 10. I’ll be going back!

i got a pedicure and the guy got the nail polish everywhere but my toe nails… there was so much on my skin that didn’t get cleaned off and so many spots missing on my nails. he took like 1 second on each nail and didn’t even do a second coat. and all the tools were disgusting.

Decent nail techs but unable to keep an appointments on time, means it’s useless to try scheduling an appointment if you have any type of schedule to follow. Bad business

Not sure why $ is always different, also was very upset tech was on phone turned and sneezed towards me, failing to use his arm to cover sneeze. Nails always look good, very quick and nice job

I have been going to this salon for several years. I am disabled and for the most part I use a scooter to get around. They are very accommodating and assist me with getting in and out of their chairs, including when getting a pedicure. My husband and grandson also go here and both are very satisfied. This place of business is also kept extremely clean at all times.
