First time taking my truck there for an oil change. So I called at 8 a.m and they told me it was about an hour wait. I ask if I could drop it off and they said yes. So I drop my truck off and they said it would be done in 1 to 2 hours. So went back 3 and half hours later and my truck is still sitting in the same spot. So I went inside the told me that my vehicle was up next so I waited in the waiting area. As I was sitting there a customer back in that said he found some screws and a clip laying in his floor board. So the service writer called the so called mechanic up and he told the customer he does need to put them back on. The customer told the mechanic the last he changed his own cabin air filter he put it back together the way it was. The mechanic said to the customer oh I guess I'll put them back in. At that point I was already aggravated about it taking so long and that there mechanics don't that pride in there work I took my truck and left. They wasted more than 4 hours of my day and I'll never do any business with them again.

Didn't have to wait long had no appointment. They even told me there was a recall on vehicle and took care of it would recommend good price also

Ask for David. The best service around. They are quick and efficient without trying to sell you anything else that you might not need. They are bottomline and that is how it should be.

When certain people are in charge there doesn't seem to be any sense of urgency for the customer. Was there to get ONE tire replaced and was there for over an hour after my car was in the bay. I can change a flat in less than 15 minutes without a lift so an hour and 15 minutes seemed a little excessive. Maybe if the techs weren't so busy visiting and holding their tool boxes up I might have gotten out earlier.

A painless experience. Had the WORKS oil change. In and out in a reasonable time for a fair price. Tech was efficient and used a torque wrench on the lug nuts.

Truly an amazing experience. I thought I had something in my tire! They took good care of me. I was right in, they fixed the problem. Let’s than an hour and I was in the road! Amazing!
