The lock on the unit where you put the lock did not line up so the door would not close properly called reddot and they located another unit for me.great service

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE. they won't do anything about all the people living in the units partying all night and breaking into units. Which I've reported multiple times after seeing people going around messing with locks and trying to get into random units. They refuse to maintain the units properly. The cameras have been down for at least a year. So don't believe the advertisement that they have 24 hr surveillance. Multiple units have been broken into with no video evidence to give to the police because even though the facility manager has put in multiple work orders for the cameras REDDOT REFUSES TO REPAIR THEM!!! the facility is not secure at all. If you need maintenance on your unit, good luck. My unit came with a light that now has been turned off at the breaker and REDDOT REFUSES to turn it back on. Meaning I can't see anything in the back of my 30 foot deep unit. On top of all this they raise the rent every couple months. Without holding up their end of the contract. All in all it's absolutely the worst place I've ever rented a storage unit from.

Gate code did not work while trying to move in. When I called they said it was an issue with the gate and there are no compensation plans in place. Facility can be broken into easily and there is no additional support from Red Dot’s team in that case. Do not recommend.

Nice clean secure facility, setting up the rental could not have been easier. Everything done online, I was able to find a unit to suit by needs filled out the month to month lease and was literally unloading items in to the unit within minutes. Easy gated access, best prices in town!

Terrible if I could rate no stars I would because my mom wanted to rent a storage unit but somehow there was a “glitch” i think human error i understand me my mom have the same last name but there are lots of people with similar names but aren’t related well despite that she used a different email phone and address but yet somehow still they added her to my account when i told her what happened she called them and told them they made a mistake they told her I would have to fix it and on top of that my rate went up due to this error do not recommend this facility if you have relatives or some one with the same name that rents there****Edit my reply to the owner’s reply*** my mom and me worked it out I needed a smaller unit anyways i didn’t need that much space any longer I already corrected the problem online and removed my mom from the account/payment arrangement i still do need to contact you to give all the details of how it was worked out so there is no confusion or if you could contact me
