“We had been waiting 7 months for this shipment. It was previously sent via another shipping company that ended up damaging it in transit. Chuck came during the scheduled time and was super professional and friendly! We had several large boxes and after hearing about our previous experience, he took the time to help me open each one to check for damage. There was none. My items shipped out on a Tuesday and got to the facility on a Thursday. After not hearing from TForce I did call after a few days and they scheduled my delivery appointment for the following day. Not sure how long I would've had to wait if I didn't call, but five stars for Chuck!”
“The staff member was extremely helpful with my print request, he provided some helpful guidance and the communication was great. Thanks to his help and effort I was able to get signs printed and cut within a short timeframe, I was so thankful. I am also thankful for the convenience of FedEx printing services including uploading my design document online. It saves me money to be able to simply be able to print the end product.”
