Friend bought a tahoe and within a few months the spark plug wires were found frayed. Don't buy from here. Wish I could give this place a zero. While at the shop for the other issue now it needs a new ball joint. Less then 6 months of owning and all these issues. Never buying here again. They will sell you a lemon! Now it's up to 5000 in repairs. Report this place to the BBB!!!!

Test drive before you buy! I bought a lifted ram. It’s was great, although I wasn’t able to test drive until after then paperwork was completed and the down payment was received. Which didn’t really bother me because the truck had low miles, presented itself nicely, and I thought it looked sweet sounded sweet the whole nine yards. I’m currently 2000 dollars deep in suspension noise that started right away and wasn’t covered by my 15 day 500 mile warranty because it’s “not under warranty” and “wear and tear” also has an intermittent check engine light that I believe is a faulty computer because it keeps coming back as an 02 sensor that has been replaced. All of them have been replaced with new ones. My father in laws truck has been great that’s why I’m leaving two stars but my experience was not so good. How ever they did get me a killer deal on financing the truck. Just sucks my extra payments have to go to some pretty serious stuff . They did replace the windshield for me that was cracked when I purchased. Motor and transmission are solid I guess but everything around it has been falling apart sadly

I’m waiting on a call back from the owner before posting all of the details and filing the lawsuit. If they take the smart route we’ll be satisfied and I’ll remove the rating.

They have a 2013 silverado there that I was very interested in. They claim no accidents and clean title on offerup where I found the ad. After running carfax on vin I found out it has a TOTAL LOSS title.
STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. This is something that should be fully disclosed on the post. Someone is going to buy it without even knowing the title is bad. Not only that but they still want 14k for it... what a joke of a business.

Bought a truck here and within the 1st few days the radio stopped working.Rear vents for AC never worked. Brakes need to be changed soon.1 month later the driver side window switch stopped working ( I only had 2 weeks warranty but can’t go and complain about every little problem every other day due to me having a job and it’s home care)So I took the vehicle to THEIR MECHANIC (other dealer on New York st) and he took it upon himself to take the door switch apart and then said it would be around $400 out of pocket to fix since I had already passed the warranty time (which was fine) he didn’t even put it back on right because there was a gap where it was supposed to be completely closedSo About a week or 2 after he put it on wrong, it was making a sparking or clicking noise and it left me stranded because the clicking noise was draining the battery (obviously electrical) so I called that Thursday that it left me stranded ,and the receptionist said she will give the guy the message when he comes back from lunch.He never called back.Had to call myself once again on Monday and I asked for the part name because at that point I didn’t trust him fixing it twice if he didn’t even care enough to put it together the right way after the 1st time and he gave me bogus advice on what it could be and said Chevy dealership will have to program it and order a partSo I Took it to Chevy dealership myself and turns out the window switch from the inside was broken, didn’t need to order the big piece the guy told me , and I didn’t need to program anything.They don’t know what they’re doing here and shouldnt suggest these mechanics/dealerships if they don’t know what they’re doing. So now I have to pay almost $700 out of pocket just to be sure that it’s fixed right, by the right people ! Thanks Smart Buy Auto for wasting money and timeDo not recommend !
