If you’re thinking about going here, just don’t. First time at this location. Stylist buzzed a chunk of my hair on one side completely (it was obvious my hair has never been cut this way before) and i left with uneven hair. Extremely noticeable and unprofessional given the cost of the haircut that I now have to live with for weeks! I will never be back! Go somewhere else!

I went here today august 14th for the first time i came an hour before close approximately .the staff was very friendly and helpful signing my three kids up for their hair cuts when it was their turn up the two ladies cutting hair at the time were very easy to talk to and friendly with my boys especially with our little one( his first hair cut) . The place was clean also I will be back again because of this

They are very slow taking more time than what is showed in app and online and poor service and after waiting for 45 mins they are providing service to person who checked in after me. Will never return to this store. Not worth to wait for stylists in Oswego route 34 store

Legitimately the worst haircut I've ever been given. Completely ignored what I asked for, did an undercut when I specifically asked for no hard parts/undercuts and instead to blend. Stylist had both Airpods in her ears the entire cut and was talking to her Apple watch during the cut. Did not confirm anything with me before buzzing the majority of my hair off when I said less than an inch. 90% of the way though brushed my hair towards the center then when I pushed it back to the side she went "Oh you want it brushed it to THAT side?" When I had said this before and walked in with my hair brushed that way. Immediately went on her phone once the cut was done. Hair is now some weird mix of military buzz cut with ONE side having some TikTok undercut. Neither of which I wanted.

NEVER GO HERE. I checked in online, only for them to not let me in when I arrived 8min before my appointment. They had 30min before they closed. Horrible customer service.
Specialties: Their specialty is turning down booked appointments before they close.

Edit- I have since received a full refund which is all I could ask for. I appreciate this business taking responsibility.If you're ethnic with kinky hair, stay away! I took my son to get his fro evened out and to get lined up. We called first to confirm they could handle ethnic hair and they said yes. First, there was some misunderstanding and they let my son pay $30 for a lining (apparently it was allocated to a tip). After my husband called to find out what happened, the manager credited the payment which we now have to wait to get back and we paid another $30 for his haircut. They did NOT use clippers and actually cut kinky hair with a comb and razor! My son's hair is uneven and I'm livid! This was a waste of $60! Suffice it to say they will never get any more business from us and if you have kinky hair, don't waste your money!
