Had a lovely experience with customer support with Tech Trade Partners. I ordered a desktop online and when it arrived the packaging had degraded and called support to see if they could send me a replacement. Tom was super courteous and said he would look into replacing the part/ making it right and would call me back. Within an hour someone called me back and I have a replacement on the way with a return label for the current piece and we even discussed if this computer was suitable strength for my needs, which was reassuring.

I really like this company. I am super picky about the machines I buy and sell and they always have what I want. The items are always as they say they will be and Peter is my favorite sales rep in the world. He is super patient (which is mandatory when dealing with me) and he has a great disposition for working in this industry. Highly recommended!!!

Once again they are out there trying to cover up the fact that they are nothing but a bunch of con artists. Look at the facts and it says it all. You knowingly sent out a broken, scratched up piece of junk. They are nothing but a bunch of scam artist running a little shop on EBay, selling junk to victims. We didn't say this and that, we states specific reasons. Legally you sent a defective item knowing full well you stated in a contract it was fully functional. Did you or did you know ignore emails purposely until you got the charge back - yes you did (and we have the paperwork to prove it). Before you can initiate a chargeback you must make an attempt to resolve with the merchant. Despite the emails, you purposely ignored them, hense the chargeback. We supplied documentation which was dated and time stamped which shows when the emails to this scam artist were done, vs the actual date of the chargeback. Thief knew the item was defective prior to shipping, he hid purposely, until he found out that the money was taken from his merchant account. You won the dispute BULL! (1) you never responded to the emails prior the chargeback (2) you only responded to the chargeback weeks later until the funds were pulled from you (3) you supplied BS paperwork which never addressed any of the issues that were the reason for the dispute. You just threw documents at the bank which made no sense just invoices and a 3 line statement (4) we had a 2nd opinion letter from a 3rd party company that confirmed exactly what we said (5) we made the item available for pickup and stated that numerous times in our documentation (6) you never bothered to pick up the item for the sole reason is that you knew the item was broken at the time of shipping. (7) we had witnesses at the post office including the Post Master General watching us pickup the package opening the package (without abusing the contents) taking the notebook out, turning it on and it making popping noises, showing GPF faults with the blue screen and then turning off every single time. So save our BS lies! And someone who cons someone doesnt run and hide, we're in your face with facts!

A few months ago - I found out that our company needed to upgrade 40 computers - and we needed to do it as quickly as possible. I was referred to Tech Trade by a previous customer of theirs. Tom and one of his techs (Keith) came out right away and they went through all of our needs. Tom came back to me that afternoon with a quote - which was VERY reasonable - much less than the quote from a company that we had been doing business with for years. Not only was their price better - but the equipment was two generations newer than what we were being quoted. Tech Trade had the inventory IN STOCK and started our upgrade in two days. Keith is very tech savvy but he was able to communicate with me and my staff in terms that we could understand. He was very thorough and made sure that we understood all that he was doing and that I knew how to keep up with the upgrade after he was done. I have dealt with Tom and Keith a handful of times since then and have always had terrific service!!! I highly recommend Tom and his staff at Tech Trade! We plan on doing business with them for many years to come!

I have used Tech Trade partners since, I believe, it started. Never had any issues with them. Product was always good and exactly as I ordered. I have recommended them to several people over the years and always got positive feedback from those people. It is hard to find good customer service these days and that is the main reason that I have used them for probably close to 10 years, if not longer!
