Overall a decent cleaner. People are always nice. Only issue is if you don’t use the coupons which are only good for a few days, then it can get expensive.
Update after a year, nothing has really changed, if I could I would drop my rating 1/2 point due to consistent burning/melting of cuff buttons and poor repair thereof. Cost is the same, have to use the various coupons to keep them competitive with other cleaners around.

I just picked up a shirt that I dropped off 2 days ago, it was my 1st time using them & I came in with a coupon in my hand the women’s who took all my info said they will take my coupon on pickup & we even gave an aprox price with the discount. Well, wouldn’t u know they would not take my coupon saying I had to have it at drop off!!! They’re services are not cheap!!!

Service was ok, suit was cleaned well.
I feel a bit ill used as they provided a $5 off coupon when I picked things up. Brought more pieces for cleaning and at pickup they would NOT honor the coupon. Said it had to be presented at drop off, not at pickup when paying for the service. NO indication on the coupon that it needs to be presented at drop off. Simply states "Present this at a future visit to redeem"
There are many good dry cleaners in the area... We will consider our options in the future.

i needed a suit dry cleaned that also had a loose button, i asked them if they were able to fix the button and they assured me they could do that. I paid and left and picked my stuff up the next day to go to the wedding and the button was not touched. I could have gone to the dry cleaners right next door and im sure i wouldve had a way better experience. Dont waste your time here, i have been to the cleaners right next to this one and always had everything come out perfect.

As far as I can tell they did a pretty fair job,
Still found hair on the inside of my coat after having it cleaned, The zipper repair seams ok but I won’t know until I start wearing it
