“I wasn't expecting to keep the unit for as long as I did, however I liked the fact that I could without the hassle of signing a new lease each year. I asked a lot of questions before renting to make sure I would be happy there and I'm so glad I did. Brian was always helpful from start to finish and anytime I had questions. He even helped me with a mice issue (which I expected to happen and I recommend placing traps in any storage unit before winter months) and he was honest and accommodating. He offered to help me remove them and supplied future prevention. I do think there should be restrooms in the office for staff and customers during office hours. I also think that there should be a dumpster on site (with monitoring and rules). I would definitely rent from this location again. It was very convenient and a great experience for me. Highly recommend!”
