Got my oil changed here yesterday and was not disappointed! I wasn’t able to make an appointment online because it was within 24 hours, and the phones were busy. I stopped in and Emma, at the front desk, was able to set an appointment for later in the day. However, my plans had changed so I stopped back in to see if they were able to get me in sooner. Emma was extremely kind and told me she’d see what she can do. To my surprise, they were able to get me in right away! I waited for my vehicle and Robert was my technician. The oil change was quick (15-20 minutes) and they didn’t push to sell me anything other than what I was there for. On top of that, I was able to use a coupon which made it totally worth it. Quick, affordable, with employees that care! Highly recommended!

Had the pleasure of coming to Tuffy today for an oil change. To be honest, when dealing with the previous owner/manager I was hesitant to come back but my past experiences were years ago and was in a bit of a hurry with a low oil light steering at me so I called and spoke to Izayah who assured me that he has a brand new staff and was more than willing to get me in and out in a hurry. He really took care of me and I will definitely be back in the future..

This place was fantastic. The owner Mike and his staff were honest and professional. Had a grill replacement on my 2015 Escalade, I was missing some hardware and they were able to improvise and easily complete the job. 10/10 recommend, and I’ll be back.

My son called me early Saturday morning (08-24-24) stating that his vehicle no longer had anymore engine coolant. As soon as Tuffy locations started to open, I started to call to look for an opening. I telephoned the Tuffy’s on Route 34 in Oswego and that’s how I met Tommy. Tommy told me that he had immediate openings and that he could take care of us just as soon as my son could bring in the car. My son arrived at Tuffy’s at about 9:15 Saturday AM and at about noon my son’s car was fixed and at a very reasonable price. As long as I live in this area I will take all my business to Tuffy’s in Oswego. THANKS TOMMY!!!
