I very much enjoy picking up my mail here and shipping out. Everyone is so nice and friendly. Bella makes you feel important just because she remembers your name. Michelle is super awesome and always answers the questions I have. It's just a great place to do anything you may need from shipping to notary to sending a fax making copies or even dropping off their Amazon package returns.

Poor customer service on a simple printing of a label they said I can’t shared file to them but went Across the road to another UPS and was in and out in a few minutes

The staff is always very friendly. This location is very clean and free of clutter. This UPS doesn’t have an email to print. Instead you are charged $2.50 to use their computer and then charged for paper.

Since the store is showcased with ‘we do printing’ signs, I went there for a consultation with an appointment made ahead of time. Showed up and was told that they do not do printing and they were not aware of my appointment.
She was kind, and was trying to help but she did not know what to do so she told me to leave and go to a different location.
Employees need more training, I feel like this situation could have been prevented. No option was offered to place an order at the store.

tried to charge me 25$ to put my item in a different box, even though the the box i put it in is has perfect dimensions. far better off going to the one in yorkville than wasting your time here.
