Great customer service and helped me diagnosis a stye in my left eye. Melanie at the front was thorough and kind. Dr Menconi was a pleasure to work with as he triaged my eye and sent the prescription to pharmacy swiftly so I could start reducing the swelling before a big event on Saturday.

I received great care at Vision works Prairie Market. The General Manager was attentive and wonderful. Her leadership is seen all the way down to front-line staff and their professionalism. Staff were friendly, helpful, and servicce-oriented. The doctor also was kind and attentive. Service was fast and professional. Everything was explained including my eye condition, prescriptions, and cost breakdowns. I would recommend this practice /store to anyone needing glasses or contacts!

Excellent customer service.
Despite the fact it was lunch time for the assistant but still she calmly answered me all the questions which I had in my mind.
Doctor was very thorough and pleasant in eye check up.
Very pleased with the overall experience.

Bad experience with Rude employees. I am not sure if the Employees here are only nice to Certain people however they were very Rude to us. We were 5min late and made us reschedule the appt., not only that but when asked if there is anyway they can accommodate us, they told us they were fully booked with an attitude and the store was empty. There is a courteous way of saying the same thing nicely. I am not sure I like to come back again and treated this way.
