We had 2 covers custom made for us last week.
At first I was hesitant on going with fiberglass, but it turns out to be fantastic! It still lets light through, but is not completely transparent. The real win for us was that they custom made it to fit our odd window so that there were no gaps for critters to get under there - super important to us!
Also, I dealt with the estimator, secretary, and installer - all were well informed, kind, and helpful.

Debbie and the entire team at Windo-Well Cover Co. were AMAZING! We ordered the custom cover at a fraction of the cost of the competition and in the process of getting the cover made and installed got started on our basement getting finished so people were loading things in and out through the window well. The team had our finished cover and was willing to hold it for 6 weeks while the basement got finished and installed after with no complaints or extra fees! Their customer service is top notch and I am telling everyone in our new neighborhood to utilize them on their new builds as well!

If you are looking to support a local business that has great customer service and affordable American Made products, call Windo Well! Debbie is fantastic! Nick our installer was great. Called before arriving and text me when finished like I asked. They cleaned out all the cobwebs that had accumulated for year without me asking. It was I nice touch. I am beyond happy with the end product, price and my experience! Great people!

I got water in window wells for years--until I called Dave. Project was done right, according to the quote, and a great team installed our covers. AND not a drop of water in two years. The covers paid for themselves many times over now. Highly recommended.

Awesome experience! Super fast estimate and installation. Estimator/ installer was extremely professional and very helpful in answering my questions. The product is a great upgrade to the home - wish I had installed them sooner. Pricing was more than reasonable... on the product and installation.
