Save your time and order the new phone online. I stopped in the store to get 2 new phones. Didn't realize I was charged for things I never consented to. I wasn't even asked about!! The salesman just went ahead and decided to put $6.00/month "up next" plan on the phones. Also had device protection plans added to each phone for $17/month on each new phone. I was NEVER asked about any of these things in the process of purchasing. Nor did I request to have these things added. This is unethical and bad business. Very disappointed with this experience. I'm not sure if they get commissions from all the "extras" they sell, but sure seems that way. I like to know up front what I am getting and will be charged for in the future. Apparently they do not have a policy to advise of all charges, they just add and hope you don't catch on. UPDATE 2/13/24: I sent detailed email as requested by the owner. No response of any kind. NONE!! Nothing has been done to "provide exceptional customer service." Very disappointing to be such a long time, loyal ATT customer.

Ottawa Il on Stevenson Rd the manager there was very rude wouldn't help me do a hard reset pushed me into a more expensive phone and was yelling 6xs how my bill is late when in all 18 yrs of being with At&t I pay on the third of each mo I am an in home patient with brain injuries and the lady in the ottawa office just wanted a quick sale and this is not good for business I cried she didn't explain the phone or set it up for me but went to peru illinois and the gentleman their was so helpful he needs a raise.

The woman working Sunday 7 / 2 was very rude and very nasty .I don't understand how she is employed by at&t with such a bad attitude. did not even try to help fix the problem with my phone. She never even got up from her seat .

We won't go anywhere else because Stephanie is our go-to anything cell phones. She always gives top notch customer service! She is professional, courteous, and extremely efficient. No one holds a candle to what she does for people. ??

Have had two different employees commit fraud and identity theft at this location. First instance was last year when an employee used my social security number to open an account and then called into customer service just after two months pretending to be me and canceled it. I never received a bill because when we checked my credit I let her know my address on my ID was my old address. That's the address she used. Management has done nothing.District manager Elizabeth Lopez (says shes the dm) fraudulently added a line to my account with no permission, never asked, never told me what she was doing, never asked, just added a line and almost 200 a month to my bill and then blocked my phone number and has completely ignored the situation she was supposedly fixing- and has no responded to fraudulently adding a line to my account. Neither Elizabeth or her manager has responded to emails or phone calls from a corporate att store who is trying to clean up their mess. Management has done nothing about this either. Prime communications does not take responsibility for the fraud their employees commit against their customers. Not to mention the multiple lies and false promises made by this "district manager" to fix her employees screw ups which were never followed through on.Police charges are being filed and pursued against both Elizabeth Lopez and thr employee from last year (they know who she is). Fraud and identity theft are serious crimes they think they can dodge and they're going to be held responsible.I'm also owed $210 in refunds for taxes on two phones I returned over 3 months ago and still have not heard anything about my refunds. Last I was told by Elizabeth is that she had to issue them and she's cut off all communicatio so I guess they think they're keeping my money.

Ray Hovel is an outstanding AT&T associate at the Ottawa, IL store. Ray went above and beyond customer service for us. Ray was patient, diligent, and kind in handling our requests. This man stayed almost 2 hours after closing to help us, even missing the opportunity to see his own children before he got home.In an industry where there are a lot of complaints, we wanted to take the time to acknowledge Ray's excellent customer service work. This man exceeded our expectations. PLEASE give him a raise...he deserves it! AT&T is VERY lucky to have Ray Hovel.

Customer service is 0Manager is not listening he just took the money and now my sim is not working and he is making excuses instead of finding a solution.Never came to this store. ??????They just care about the money. Once they get the money they dont know who you are. ??????
