“Had my Acura repaired by Carlsons. They were so great! Professional and fast. They even helped me get a rental car same day. They had my car towed. They literally handled everything for me.
This comes after using another body shop in town 2 years prior on same vehicle and was treated horribly lied to and took 10 months to get my car back with outta pocket expenses.
I will never use any other body shop but Carlsons. Thank you for making this process less of a nightmare.”

“They did do an Excellent job on undercoating. However we should have taken photos of our car outside before dropping off. It came back scrape marks. Had to 'Convince Him' to buff it out: then we realized it would be in our 'Best Interest' to take it to Carl's Auto Body in Ottawa. Carl's did a good job, originally wanted $125, Only ended up charging us $75. Thanks to Carl's! Just take photos, they did do a good job. (just being fair & honest)”
