“My father and I have both been taking our cars here for a few years now. The people that work here are very honest and helpful. They will explain things in a way that make it easy to understand and they are very thourough with their work. Even if you just get an oil change, they check everything to make sure that your car is okay. I would definetly recommend this place to anyone looking for trustworthy, reliable mechanics. Karen at the front desk is very nice and helpful while the owner, Greg, will take the time to talk with his customers and get to know them. I would rate more than five stars if I could.”

“Excellent service, excellent staff, from both managers, John and Greg (I think this is his name) and Robert who was our salesman. We were greeted by a welcome board with my name on it and our test drive was fantastic. They have a very customer oriented dealership with snacks, drinks and cookies for us to snack on while my husband was talking to Robert while viewing the car. The staff were very friendly and accommodating for all our requests. Plus, we got a terrific deal on our 2020 Mazda CX5 GTR. We went to 2 other dealerships from Elgin, IL to Greenfield, Wisconsin and Sierra Motor Mall had a 100+% customer satisfaction from my husband, my mother-in-law and myself. I would highly recommend this auto dealership for anyone looking for any car that they are looking for. I think they have 11 dealerships in Ottawa, IL, so whatever make and model car you are looking for, go to this dealership first. We drove about 1 ½ hours to each of the 3 dealerships in the past 5 days and the bigger ‘monster’ dealerships were rude, argumentative, misleading and this team at this dealership was hands down the very best dealership we have ever gone to. If we need another car or truck again, we will certainly go back to this dealership.”

“I totaled my car in September and have been absolutely dreading the car buying process since. I visited a couple dealerships and left disappointed— unfriendly, pushy staff, cars not as advertised, etc. I had a lot of anxiety walking into Bill Walsh because of previous experiences, but they exceeded expectations in all the best ways. Jake, the salesman is definitely an asset. He was very patient and upfront during the entire experience. He helped us find the best car to fit our needs and helped us feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process. The finance manager was also very professional and helpful. “My husband and I stopped at Sierra motors and were looking to trade our vehicle. We were met by Steve Whittle. From that moment on it did not feel like the typical car buying experience. It was like sitting down and talking with family we haven’t seen in a while. He had us laughing and thoroughly enjoying ourselves. Steve is not the typical salesperson either. He made my husband and I feel comfortable beyond measure about being there. He explained how the process worked and what was needed on our part to help him get us into our (my) dream car. Then we met Anne Burke. To have Anne and Steve working with us was nothing short of amazing. They both have the greatest personalities. It’s like these 2 were born to do what they are doing. Anne knew what price made us feel comfortable and she got us there. These 2 work phenomenal together. My husband and I have never had a car buying experience like this one. I know we will be buying our cars from Sierra motors from now on. Steve Whittle and Anne Burke you two are amazing! If anybody is looking to buy a car new or used I highly recommend for you to stop in at Sierra Motors and ask for Steve and Anne. “Got my full synthetic oil change done here. Was twice as fast as the GM dealership (took around 45 minutes) price was also better than the quick lube places (price was just over $70 after taxes and fees).
People were nice and they sent me a complete report via email after oil change/inspection was done which was excellent. Will definitely return.”

“Purchased a new vehicle from Jared back in September! Was a pleasant buying experience! He was very knowledgeable and professional in every aspect! Would highly recommend if your are in the market for a new vehicle! Fast forward to today....I picked up a 6 inch nail on my way to work. Called roadside assistant and after being pushed every which way on just trying to get a repair. I decided to reach out to Jared to see if could help me! He jumped right into action and had a tow truck to me within the hour! He straightened everything out, had my vehicle towed back to the dealership, and a loaner car ready for me to pick up by the time i got off work while mine was being repaired! Thanks Jared! You're the best!”
“Went there to change all 4 of my tires. Come to find out one of the tires was cross-threaded and it was a whole process of me and my dad having to remove the lug nut, but they were so helpful and patient the entire time. Waited until we were done to take the wheel from us and put the last tire on for me. Willing to help us with whatever. This was around 4-7 last night. Majority of the crew that was there, was all hands on deck!”
