“I was in a hurry, so I didn’t do my own oil change, as I normally do.
They did a full inspection and change, but didn’t push the expensive extras (filters, other fluids, plugs, etc.) - they mentioned them, but didn’t push when I opted out.
I’ll be back when I’m next in a hurry.”

“Best repairs shop I have been to. I was in the process of moving across the country when my car nearly overheated. I had two cats with me and was on the last leg of my trip. Kiddie Kar was the only one to take me in. They went out of their way to get the part needed next day, otherwise I would have been stuck in Ottawa for 4 more days. The shop owner and receptionist were so kind and helpful.
Made it the last 8 hours of my trip with no issues! Pricing for part and labor was good. Wish there was more shops like this one around! Didn’t try to upsell or overcharge, very honest.”

“Took my vehicle in for one open recall. Honda found that there were actually two open recalls and even though the second recall that wasn't scheduled required a part, they were able to work things out and acquire the part to take care of the recall. Both recalls were completed in a timely manner! I'm thankful I don't have to make another trip out as this dealer is not in my neighborhood. Staff was kind and very informative!”

“Went there to change all 4 of my tires. Come to find out one of the tires was cross-threaded and it was a whole process of me and my dad having to remove the lug nut, but they were so helpful and patient the entire time. Waited until we were done to take the wheel from us and put the last tire on for me. Willing to help us with whatever. This was around 4-7 last night. Majority of the crew that was there, was all hands on deck!”
