“I highly recommend The Auto Clinic to anyone. It's a family owned business. My husband normally works on our vehicles. Codes were showing up on my daughter's car that he preferred a skilled mechanic to work on. Called around and everybody else was a week out just to diagnose the car. Karen at The Auto Clinic said to bring it in and they would look at it right now. Madison went out and ran the diagnostic check on it. He was extremely knowledgeable and understanding. The owner, Greg, introduced himself. We also met Vern, the tech. All amazing people! Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Will definitely be taking vehicles back for any future automotive needs!”

“Thank you to Mike and his cohearts. Had a tire come off my Rv trailer on our way to California. He came out and did an evaluation. He said we have two choices find studs and lug nuts or a new hub. His guy went out came back with studs, great. He put hit on made sure all my lugs were up to snuff. He was honest and up front. I thought this was going to cost ?but he he was straight. I cannot thank him and his guys for the great job. Very friendly also. I waited to make sure all was well I’m in west Nebraska. Stay safe ✌️”

“My wife and I just bought a 2023 RAV4. Jake was a fantastic salesman. He was extremely helpful, honest, and made the process seamless. Both Jake and Mike the sales manager listened to our price point and helped us get to where we wanted to be. The only downside to our whole experience was our interaction with the finance manager. After turning down the extended warranties, she audibly sighed, said we are too young to have the attitude of not needing an extended warranty, and how she’s been in the business for 15 years. After that interaction and feeling young and dumb, our excitement of driving away in a new car was gone. I would buy from Jake again but would be more prepared to handle the unnecessary behavior from the finance manager.”

“I recently purchased a 2011 CTS Coupe. The dealership gave me a 90 day warranty when I bought the vehicle and it was out of warranty by 13 days. It had a leak in the sunroof and developed a noise in the rear end of car. Took it into Bill Walsh in Streator Illinois and found it needed a driveshaft and a seal for the sunroof. They replaced the sunroof and driveshaft. George from Sierra Motors went the extra mile and replaced it for me at no charge. Did an outstanding job. Russ at Bill Walsh in Streator did an outstanding job. They have excellent customer service and I would most definitely buy from them again!!”

“The good news is they fixed my Daughters 2016 Kia Forte. Developed a miss. The service writer listen and recommended a tune up and injector service. It worked and the car funs fine. They were able to get us in on short notice. If there was one thing I would ask Walsh's Kia Service center to work on - is explain what they found and possibility an estimate to fix other issue that were discovered during the inspect. For example my daughters car needed brakes. No quote was given- it was more of geez its late and I want to get out of here type of thing. We struggled a bit to get the service writer to go over the inspection.That would have given Wash Kia a 5 star. Total invoice was $580. Close to the estimate.”

“Got a great carwash behind the shell I don't know if it's the same owners? But after the storm I just drove my RUST free 2001 GMC Yukon through it needed it to get the salt off before it becomes another rusted out northern vehicle! That salt kills quick if you don't get it off ASAP!”
