I went I to get window wipers for my wife and before I could look them up Nick ask me what I needed, found them and even put them on when I asked if I needed a screwdriver to replace the old ones.

My husband has ordered parts online in the past, and I would pick them up with no problem. This time, when I went to pick up his order with the email sent saying the order was ready, they said that only he could pick the order up. Needless to say, Advanced Auto gained a customer.

Went in for Trans fluid and a transmission plug. Cost alot more than expected but so is everything else these days. The staff were great and very helpful.

Should be a zero. Store Manager is a complete disappointment to the company. Don't quote policy to someone that is complete false and tell me you will do something this one time. On top of that you make another customer mad and they leave with very pronounced language. Sorry, but I have never been so mad at an experience as I was today. Before he got involved, the original female employee pulled the same thing with incorrect policy and worming her way through that conversation. He then corrected her to then do what I have described above. There was so much confusion in this 5 minute interaction that was uncalled for.
