The good news is they fixed my Daughters 2016 Kia Forte. Developed a miss. The service writer listen and recommended a tune up and injector service. It worked and the car funs fine. They were able to get us in on short notice. If there was one thing I would ask Walsh's Kia Service center to work on - is explain what they found and possibility an estimate to fix other issue that were discovered during the inspect. For example my daughters car needed brakes. No quote was given- it was more of geez its late and I want to get out of here type of thing. We struggled a bit to get the service writer to go over the inspection.That would have given Wash Kia a 5 star. Total invoice was $580. Close to the estimate.

Sorry, but for never being able to accommodate a loaner for service is very unacceptable. 2 other locations offer a loaner car with no problems. However Bill Walsh Kia can never offer and they get mad when you ask. This needs to be corrected.I purchased an extended warranty and at other locations they deal with the company, here they say it’s my problem and I have to call. This location is very unhelpful. Regretting purchasing from the Kia store x1000Instead of having an easy process we have to jump through hoops and have high anxiety to even have service at this location. This is not living up to the bill Walsh mission.Update - I reached out to the local bill Walsh and they’re helping me with the situation where the Kia dealer can’t help.

Worst car buying experience I've ever had. First off, I had a blown motor in my old Kia Sportage (surprise right ?), this dealership promised me that Kia would not give me a new motor. So I signed the title over to Bill Walsh for a $100 credit towards another car and they took it to the junk yard. 2 weeks later Kia calls me and says "let's see what we can do about getting you this new motor". Too late now, I'm already out $6500 that was left on my loan that I had to pay off. So I got a Chevy Trax from Bill Walsh. I was preapproved through SOCU for a loan. Bill Walsh decided to run my credit through multiple people for some reason and set me up with a loan that is 3% higher than my pre-approval. Which caused me to have to refinance and caused a huge headache. I would've lost thousands more if i hadn't refinanced .I WILL NEVER BE RETURING TO ANY BILL WALSH LOCATION FOR ANYTHING.

100% recommend! My husband and I went through a 4 week nightmare of reaching out to several other dealerships trying to find the perfect car before I finally reached out to an internet sales rep at Bill Walsh Kia. Less than 24 hours after speaking with them, we were able to drive off in a brand new vehicle that exceeded our expectations!! Jeremiah, Chelsey, Erica, and Jason made every bit of our car buying experience fun and easy!! My advice…if you are looking for a new vehicle, save yourself the car buying nightmare and choose Bill Walsh Kia from the start! We will definitely be looking to them for all of our future purchases!

Avoid this dealership! I would love to actually speak to Bill Walsh himself but I don’t think he cares about his customers based on the people you have running your dealership you probably don’t see them either or deal with them just collect the money!

if i could give this place 0 stars, i would. we walked in the building and was not greeted by anyone for 15 minutes. they are incredibly shady, and lied to us about loans and options.

I would recommend Bill Walsh Kia. Sam Ziadat has help us every step of the way through test drive to purchase and even after with helping answer questions and helping us get weather tech floor mats!! Thank you Sam for going above and beyond in making it a pleasurable experience!!!
