I have been looking for a new Prius XLE FWD with exterior color of Guardian Gray for over 8 months. I saw that Bill Walsh Toyota in Ottawa, IL had one in transit. Even though they are over an hour away I worked with Dave Brooker over the phone. They were charging a fair price and not adding any accessories so I put down a deposit. Before the vehicle arrived at their dealership my local dealership just received the exact Prius. I called Dave and explained my situation. He did not hesitate to return my deposit. Even though I did not purchase a vehicle from them I would highly recommend them for their fair pricing and excellent customer service.

Bill Walsh Toyota Sales manager Mike Serno, and Sales and Leasing Professional Jake Elitzer made my car-buying experience easy and fun! They are both very friendly and personable and they know their products well. I test-drove a car, then requested it in a different color. One week later my new car was in. Jake did all the paperwork and showed me all the bells and whistles on my new car. He set up the phone apps I needed and in 90 minutes I was on my way. My 2023 Crown was actually the 9th vehicle that my husband and I have bought from Bill Walsh. They always give us a good deal. I highly recommend Mike and Jake if you're in the market for a quality new or used car.

I would recommend Bill Walsh Toyota and Jake in sales for anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle.Traveled 80 miles to make the purchase. Spoke with Jake via phone and text prior to the trip and he met me on his day off to finish up the purchase. Car was as described when I arrived. I bought my new truck at Bill Walsh Toyota a couple months ago. My Sales Rep was Jake Elitzer. I found him to be very helpful, informative, and easy to work with. At no time was he overly pushy or inappropriately aggressive in our discussions during the sales process. Since I traded in a much older truck, I needed some help with a lot of the new features I wasn't familiar with. He was very thorough and patient in explaining these to me. I'm so glad I went ahead and purchased the truck that I did. I'm so loving my Toyota Tacoma..!!

We traveled several hours to Bill Walsh Toyota to buy a vehicle that we'd been searching for in our area with no luck. We found one here and from the phone calls to actual visit at the dealership, this was the best car dealer experience we've ever had. They are straight forward without the nonsense we've seen at other dealerships. It was definitely worth the drive and we highly recommend them. Mike Serno and Jake, our salesman were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish.

I drove 2 hours to purchase a car at this dealership. I negotiated the price over the phone with Mike Serno. When I arrived at the Dealership I was met by Jake to go over details of the car. The price was as stated on the phone with no messing around. The paperwork with the finance lady was the quickest I’ve ever seen. This is the fastest I ever bought a new car. Everyone was fast and efficient. Great Experience.

Inquired about a 2014 Q50 Hyrbid to be told it’s in service with no pictures or any info on it…no problem! Over two weeks with no info on it and was told it was it still being serviced. The rep said he would reach out as soon as it was done! I get a call today and was told it was sold. I understand it’s a first come first serve thing but do online inquiries not mean anything? I never even had an opportunity to check it out as I was a serious buyer. Do not inquire about cars here if they are in service.

Let me start off that the salesman I was perfectly fine- the problems started when I went to look at a new vehicle and was informed there was a non negotiable $995 charge for a ceramic coating ( that probably was being sold at a 300% mark up) and a $1200 wheel, tire and glass protection package. When asked why this was standard—I was told by the salesman that during the pandemi—BW Jr didn’t want to be a “crook” and charge a market adjustment fee to his dealers—but instead wanted to make his customers feel better by getting something for the pleasure of buying a car at BW. When I told them I wasn’t interested in paying over sticker I was told to pound sand and good luck.It’s shady, 1k for ceramic coating (that has an actual cost to the dealer for probably 25% of that fee) is BW JR’s way of making more money though a market adjustment.Decided to drive to Peoria and pick up a Lexus instead.Buyer beware

He answered all mine and my husbands questions and was able to put us in a vehicle that fits our family and pockets perfectly! I give him a 10/10! Thanks so much again for such a pleasant experience!

I went there to help a young man deal with a new car purchase. I don't feel at this point that he was advised correctly. Unfortunately, I was not present during the purchase. I think at this point in time, every effort should be taken to help young people deal with credit properly. The dealer said that everything was explained. Because of language, the purchaser was Spanish, and the fact this was his first car, I don't think he was able to make an informed choice as when I asked him what a 1000 dollar charge on the invoice was he said it was some kind of warrantee, which was actually gap insurance.If he was advised correctly, he probably would have put down 2500, not had gap insurance, and he would have had a 4 year loan instead of a six year loan for only 40.00 more a month.And if the truth be known, for the amount of money he spent for the used car, 19,000 for a chev spark, he probably could have purchased a new Toyota with similar payments.As i said I wasn't there for the purchase, but I didn't feel the sake man presented all the facts.I didn't mention that the reason I was there was that the car was at the dealer for the third time for a non start situation, and when the purchaser asked if he could exchange the car for something else, he was told he would lose 5000 in the transaction. Amazing people. The most great dealership ever. I bought a brand new 2023 Venza, I am a service manager at different Toyota and still bought my car here. Mike Serno an excellent sales manager very straight forward, great communication between them all. Sales, manager and finance. Within 30 minutes I bought a vehicle and took it home. I had my cousin with me who says the quickest process ever. They have very unique digital tablet and they are willing to work with you.Thank you guys A+ with all my heart.
