Do not recommend at all for an oil change. I was told it would be less than an hour to get it done, every place I've gone to has done it in under 30 mins. I was here for OVER 2 hours without any updates at all. When I went up to ask I got dirty looks from the workers. I almost miss my other appointment due to the wait. There was almost no cars there at all and I had AN APPOINTMENT, so there's no reason it should have taken over 2 hours to get done. The wait was terrible and so was the customer service. I do not recommend going to them for anything automotive related. Walmart is much better priced, a lot quicker, and way more friendly.

Wish I didn't have to go all the way to Ottawa to find a Farm and Fleet. My favorite place to shop. They have absolutely everything and their prices are very good.

I shop at this store a lot. Went to small engine parts on Saturday and the employees have no knowledge of what they are doing. Was told to come back on Monday to talk to the lady that works in this department. I have dealt with her before and she knows her job. The employees that waited on me had no clue. Just needed a ignition coil for a Briggs motor. Pretty common part and I had the old part with me. Was also told I need all serial numbers off motor and mower itself. Total disappointment. Last time I will purchase anything from that department. Train or get someone there on weekends that have the knowledge.

Having not been here in a while, the new (to me) department layout threw me off a bit, but it has a great flow. Farm and Fleet has definitely rebranded themselves from the days of my youth, and I like it! I loved to see the self checkouts and snack/drink areas nearby too. Grabbed some candy. I also saw your tik tok video of the cinnamon pretzel twists and grabbed them the other day because of it. All the employees I encountered were really friendly and helpful too.

Super high prices.... example: 30 lbs purena puppy chow was $36, same bag at walmart was $27. Cracked corn and chicken feed definitely was full price! Poor selection of bug control products as well as many more things we were looking for. VERY DISAPPOINTING visit to a store I once loved!

The store has a large selection! From clothing to candy to animal feed and appliances. It covers most things you need and the prices are very reasonable. It was my first time there.

Their pickup service is fairly fast. I give 4 stars because as with most farm/home supply stores, they are way overpriced on most of their products. Also, they changed the entire inside of the store around so it’s almost impossible to find what you’re looking for now because the set up is confusing and makes no sense. I will NOT shop inside anymore unless just grabbing worms for fishing which is right at the service desk. But u better check ur worms first before you buy because on several occasions my worms were dead and rotting. If u just want a few things I highly recommend doing the pick up thing or you’re just going to get highly aggravated and get sore feet cuz it’s not easy finding a store associate to help you anymore either.

If there was a way to rate lower than one star I would. Used to have service and help. Two check out lines open and backed up. At least 7 to 8 customers waiting. Tried self checkout with no good response. Two workers in there just watching people having problems with machines. Didn't bother to ask if we needed help. Tried 3 times finally just left merchandise and walked out. Won't be going back.

Store is always clean, isle periodically have products in them but, workers are always busy so get it. Those at check outs are always pleasant.

I was looking for something today and ask Alec if he could help me. Very friendly and ask someone else being that he is new working there. Sent me to other side of store and as I was looking Alec came up and apologized and said it’s actually back here where we were. I thanked him for his professionalism and walking down to the other side to find me. I feel like Alec went above and beyond to help me. Very grateful for his professionalism and kindness helping me today!

Clean store.Really expensive!Hubby orders his household necessities, like water softener salt, and we do curbside pick up. No need to waste time going inside.

It is definitely a big place. Was great to find out you could bring your fur babies with you to shop. Very clean place, prices were decent for what they have.
