Had my Acura repaired by Carlsons. They were so great! Professional and fast. They even helped me get a rental car same day. They had my car towed. They literally handled everything for me.
This comes after using another body shop in town 2 years prior on same vehicle and was treated horribly lied to and took 10 months to get my car back with outta pocket expenses.
I will never use any other body shop but Carlsons. Thank you for making this process less of a nightmare.

Brought my car in there to have some minor cosmetic work done. Got it back and it looks brand new and they cleaned the inside of my car as well.

My Fiancé hit a coyote on the way home from work 2 weeks ago. State Farm sent us elsewhere and the other body shop claimed they couldn’t even start on our car for 5 weeks. Not only did Carlson get us in right away, they went above and beyond and helped with our car rental issues to get us with a company for an immediate rental. Got the car back today and it’s in excellent condition. Highly recommend!!

This was a minor repair for a fender bender. They made everything easy. The job was beautifully done. You could never tell there had been an accident. They took care of all the insurance issues. It's a little weird with body shops. I hope I never have to go back. But if I do need a body shop again I'll go here.
