It sounds like you’ve had a disappointing experience with this bank’s customer service. Feeling ignored or not welcomed can be frustrating, especially if it’s happened more than once. It might help to bring this feedback directly to the bank's management or their customer support department. Sometimes, formal feedback can prompt changes in customer service practices or even additional training for the staff. I am going different branch or move my account to some other bank.

God forbid someone has access to your checking account and uses your card without permission! I was scammed and had $19.99 stolen from me from a scam website. I call the bank and inform them it’s a scam and they tell me they are going to have to shut my account down and solve a dispute which means I no longer have access to any of my money. I should’ve never switched from Chase because you can get refunded instantly through the app and don’t even have to talk to anyone.
I am now going to be late on my Ameren bill and have to make an application with LIHEAP to get it covered because this bank won’t even refund me a measly $20 or let me have my account if I want it refunded. Never using this bank again and I hope if you’re reading this that you choose to use Chase in Morris instead.

Tara S., mortgage loan officer, did an amazing job with my home loan and I could not be more satisfied. The time from contract to close was 23 days and the home purchase and closing were out of state. Tara worked tirelessly to get the deal done so quickly. She provided documents for electronic signatures as well as some needing wet signatures for scanning and emailing, always explaining what was needed and making sure they were completed in a timely manner. Tara is supremely knowledgeable, experienced, doggedly focused, conscientious, intolerant of incompetence and always has her client’s best interests in mind. Overcoming the obstacles to get my deal done in merely 23 days is a testament to her diligence and skills. I am very happy and fortunate to have chosen her and First State Bank to handle my transaction. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a mortgage officer.

Ive had a lot of problems with this bank and already and changed thier online system so I can't see my accounts and I've called and they're not able to see it either and it's been days like this so this not a bank for you if your looking for reliability

I don't understand a bank that wont provide change unless you are a customer, I even volunteered to pay a fee. I am not looking to open a business account with you, but if I was in the market you would be the last place I chose cause of your d*** policy.
