On Sunday I had an employee named Gwen be very rude to me. When the 15 minute announcement came over the speaker I started walking from the back t shirt wall to the front. On my way I saw something that caught my eye two isles from the register and stopped to look at it. With what had to be still 12 minutes left til close Gwen very rudely yells from behind me "THE STORE CLOSES IN 15 MINUTES." I told her I'm on my way to the register right now. She then follows behind me and asks "are you going to buy those things?" And when I tell her "yes" very confused in my head because why would I not be if I'm walking with them in my hand to the register? She asks "are you sure?" very snarky. I have worked in retail and completely understand the feeling of closing soon and wanting to leave on time. I've worked places that people allowed to stay 30 minutes past closing announcement to finish their shopping before we could say anything, and then had to clean the entire store once they were finally done. Ive never been ignorant to a paying customer nearly 15 minutes before close. I felt very uncomfortable and unhappy with my experience which is unfortunate because I shop there often and have never had someone treat me that way. I will be driving to Peru for my goodwill shopping for now on.

We always make a point to visit this store when in the area. Very clean and have always found unique items in pristine condition.

Best Goodwill across the state. They even actually use the little size collar rings, so all the 2X are easy to find. Doesn't have typical "Goodwill smell".

When ever in Ottawa I enjoy visiting this Goodwill. I am usually able to find pieces for work. A nice selection of men's dress shirts and women's slacks help me put together the outfit for work. The prices are extremely reasonable.

Great!! Great prices, excellent organization, selection was great, and is very clean store!!! Been here several times over the past few years. I'm from Kentucky and in my opinion they are way over priced compared to other states. So thankful to be able to shop again

Very nice store(little and convenient). Properly stock , clean and organized, the staffs are amazing.And has the right amount of inventory, with a good selection of goods.

The staff was friendly and helpful. We found some good bargains and relieved an extra discount because we were seniors and Wednesday is senior day.
