Peaceful and Quiet Community right by the water. Kind and welcoming people who wave at you as they go by, also surrounded by a wonderful city with tons of events. Will definitely be coming back in the future.

Drinks are pricy but the sand is the best part. The bands are awesome!

We have to use the harbor for lunch the boat. Really nice marina easy off and easy on. Good restaurant with reasonable price.
