Very clean rooms and welcoming staff. Justine was really nice and greeted me when I was down having breakfast and she made sure to tell me I could reach out if anything is needed. All other staff were very nice as well.Rooms: Room was very clean along with the rest of the building and grounds.

Walls are very thin. I heard the couple next door talking the entire time I was here through the night. I was not able to sleep for work. Even with the front desk calling them I still heard them. I woke up at 4am to them still talking. Not a place for restful sleep.

Recommend staying here: YesComfortable, quiet, good value, friendly staff. Fully equipped fitness room. Clean room/halls/elevators and everywhere else we walked through.Food & drinks: Fine breakfast with everything five star hotels serve.Noteworthy details: Management is obviously stressing smiles and fine customer service during the morning huddles. Shylo and Meaghan provided a wonderful checkin experience. This hotel is now on our “stay here when in the area” list.

Tiffany at the front desk was so helpful and kind when we checked in late at night from a long drive. Rooms were clean and comfortable! Great stay!

Comfy beds. Clean. Shorted a star since we were lite on towels, towel bar was falling off the wall and cleaning service never came around to refresh us. Other tham that place is great.

One of the best hotels to stay at in Ottawa. Always very clean, staff is super helpful and friendly. The provided breakfast is always fresh and hot. The pool is well kept and so are the common areas. I always have a great experience staying here. Location is central to I80, Walmart and a few grocery/food options!

David are mangers OMG he very so rude! Tv not work and sofa are nasty not clean. Hallway small bad still smell smoke.

Very helpful service! They offer a coupon for 20% off "tangled brewery" which was also an amazing experience from start to dessert. 24 hour gym. They also have a pool, meeting space and breakfast starts at 5am Monday through Friday.
