“This review is for the Ottawa facility, not the Mediacom service. Though the service is typical for any cable provider. If you need to return equipment or have a general question, go to the Ottawa office. The ladies behind the counter are awesome and really nice. The hours of operation are far more convenient for customers and it's right off RT 23 with direct access back onto it.”
