“This review is for the Ottawa facility, not the Mediacom service. Though the service is typical for any cable provider. If you need to return equipment or have a general question, go to the Ottawa office. The ladies behind the counter are awesome and really nice. The hours of operation are far more convenient for customers and it's right off RT 23 with direct access back onto it.”

“Multiple trips to this verizon store. They are always very courteous, knowlegible, prompt and friendly. I just went back
to get a Sim card for a new phone and transfer data.
Aly was very knowledgeable ,friendly and helpful.
Even made sure I had a more comfortable chair to sit on.
Great Friendly Service.
When switchong phones I asked Nina the sales reprezentotive in Ottawa to see if she could fix the voicemail as it had stumped people for years.
She was able to do it.
She was friendly, profesional and obviously extremely helpful!”
