First time coming here and I absolutely love them. As a truck driver I get my nails done all over the place and this place right here will now be a regular spot for me. The people are amazing and take their time to make sure you get what you want.

I’m used to larger city nail salons and hadn’t had much luck here. I took a chance coming here after a couple bad experiences in Streator. I haven’t been in the area for many years and really had no idea where to go to fix the mess my nails were. Lily worked her magic. I was so happy after the visit! I have been back since and happy with other techs as well as pedi. I’m picky. They listen and work is great. Pics included from my last visit. Springing into spring with some chrome that goes with everything. Just like the pic I showed him :) what I asked for = what I got

Happy with manicure. Very clean and Stylist was super nice. Just had regular polish done. 6 out of 10 smudged and chipped within 2 hours of just shopping. Called they did offer to redo this week but I'm 18 miles away.

Background for understanding: I get pedicures every month and have been to various salons. I can say this was by far the WORST experience I have ever had. I have chronic ingrown toenails, and like to get them removed with a pedicure. I go every month as to stay on top of them. This is the first time I have been to this salon, but will not returning. First Impressions: I went in with gel on my toes already from my last service, so the lady had to scrape it off. That's not unusual and have had it done before by other artists. However this lady roughly scraped the gel off as she squeezed the hell out of my toes. It hurt so much I cried twice. She wasn't empathetic in the slightest. Besides that the lady was on her phone the entire time and was generally rough with her movements. For example, she ripped off the toe hugger things at the end and said "We are done now. I'll check you out at the front". It was the tone and just everything else that made it a terrible experience. Service: I got the "CALLUS TREATMENT SUGAR SCRUB PEDICURE". I got this treatment to specifically target my heels. They were by no means super cracked, I just wanted softer feet. Tell me how I ended up still leaving with dry feet and rough heels. I also have excess skin around my cuticles that should have been taken care of. I should of just got the basic pedicure so I could have paid less. PROS: Atmosphere - Nice comfortable chairs, clean salon, tvs Conclusion: Overall the salon was clean and has potential to be a really good spot. I think this lady just sucked at her job. I don't like being a Karen and don't leave bad reviews if I don't like something. However this was so bad I don't want anyone to experience what I did.

When I left… I felt very relaxed & pampered. Lisa takes her time on your nails to give you the best experience…she not only makes your nails beautiful.. she makes sure her clients are completely satisfied with their nails.
She is a very sweet & kind person. She works hard to make all her clients happy. That isn’t always easy!! She is very wise & knowledgeable about her job. She takes pride in her work! I left there feeling like I just chatted with a dear friend. I love my nails
The amount I was charged was a fair price in our small town. I like to tip people well when they go above & beyond to make your experience is a good one. She spent a lot of time making sure each step was perfect…You can tell she loves her job & her clients. Everyone was happy as they left her salon. I recommend anyone looking for a great experience and loving your nails… go see Lisa ?
Cleanliness: Very clean salon… from all her tools & products to the counter, walls & floors!!!

I made an appointment on Mother's Day for my daughter and I to get a mani and pedi. Very happy with the results! Quick and friendly service. The massage chair was an added bonus.

Ivena Nail salon is the best in Ottawa! They are quick and reliable. My sets always last 3 weeks for longer before I need to return. For reference of what I want, I show them a picture before we start and they do exactly that. Even when it gets busy, they are very accommodating. Fresh waters for customers and relaxing setting with massage chairs even in the waiting area!! Thank you Ivena!

I recommend coming in for a gel polish manicure and pedicure! Service was fast and affordable. Waxing Services are available as well. We will definitely be returning soon.
