Kroger is a one-stop store offering thousands of quality food and household products, including fresh produce, meats, seafood, dairy, home goods, and pharmaceutical needs. It provides a variety of options for vegans and vegetarians not typically found in local stores. Some customers find it their favorite store. However, experiences vary by location. Some stores are very clean and welcoming, while others feel a little dark, dingey, and slightly dirty. Shoppers report a mixed selection, with some departments like frozen items lacking variety. A noted positive is the availability of smaller package sizes for single persons, with equitable pricing. Service can be inconsistent; the deli and bakery are often severely short-staffed, leading to long waits. The service desk can be too busy, and it is not ideal for a quick trip. While most employees are friendly, customers frequently report having to check expiration dates carefully in the meat and deli departments to avoid expired products. Checkout is mostly self-service, with attendants prompt to help. Some feel the store is expensive with average quality.
Myself and my friend went to the Kroger North Store everyone that we spoke to were extremely helpful. We had problems with our telephones and they helped us get the digital coupons on our phones. THANK YOU ALL FOR ALL THE HELP, YOU ARE GREAT.

I don't like to rate chain stores. I figure most people know what they are.

The service desk told everyone to come back in 20 minutes they were too busy. Long wait for assistance finding products. Not for a quick shopping trip. If you have time to waste, this is your place.
