“Multiple trips to this verizon store. They are always very courteous, knowlegible, prompt and friendly. I just went back to get a Sim card for a new phone and transfer data. Aly was very knowledgeable ,friendly and helpful. Even made sure I had a more comfortable chair to sit on. Great Friendly Service. When switchong phones I asked Nina the sales reprezentotive in Ottawa to see if she could fix the voicemail as it had stumped people for years. She was able to do it. She was friendly, profesional and obviously extremely helpful!”
