“Went there to change all 4 of my tires. Come to find out one of the tires was cross-threaded and it was a whole process of me and my dad having to remove the lug nut, but they were so helpful and patient the entire time. Waited until we were done to take the wheel from us and put the last tire on for me. Willing to help us with whatever. This was around 4-7 last night. Majority of the crew that was there, was all hands on deck!”

“Visited today and worked primarily with Sabrina. Fantastic customer service as always but Sabrina went above and beyond and checked my cabin air filter that noone before had checked and I didn't even know existed! So glad to know about it now and have gotten it replaced! Thanks, Sabrina and Jiffy Lube - Ottawa!!”
