“This afternoon I needed flowers for my three granddaughters' dance recital--it was an emergency. I had forgotten about the long standing flower tradition after ballet recitals and sandra at Ottawa Illinois's north side Kroger store saved the day for me. She was finished for the day but still she asked if she could help--she could and she did! The floral dept manager had gone home for the day so Sandra helped me pick out 3 cute bouquets, add suckers and gift cards and sent me back just in time for my husband and I to shower the little dancers with their posies--thank you so much Sandra!!!'”

“I called to refill my omeprazole today and left a message. I got a call back within three minutes from Stephanie in the Pharmacy department. She resolved the issue right away and had my heart burn medicine ready within the next 10 minutes. I’ve been using CVS in Ottawa for years now and I highly recommend them over any other pharmacy in the area. Thank you Stephanie and the entire staff!”

Then when I got home i opened up the cards and had pulled a $200 value card and i never have luck but I gotta say if you’re having a rough day this place will give you a blessing or at least something to help turn bad times around”
