Precision K9 has been an integral part of bringing home our tripod rescue. Sandy is suspicious and at times fearful. She was rescued from a ditch in Texas after being shot, she subsequently had to have a rear leg amputated due to her injuries. She’s a total sweetheart, but she is nervous and that, at times, and in certain circumstances, makes her seem aggressive..PK9 has worked with us with compassion and just enough discipline to make her shine. I feel like PK9 is not just a service but a partner in training my dog. I trust them totally, they never miss. We have had private sessions with Ari, group classes with Carly, and Bob, the owner, has shown up to help in group classes and private sessions. I can not recommend this business enough. We had an in home session and my dog acted just like she acts when I leave when the trainer, Ari, left.
Bottom line, great balanced trainer with incredible results and dogs that LOVE their trainers. 11/10. No notes. Even the business side of things is smooth with online scheduling, email reminder, good communication .

Changed my dog's life for the better :) he had a lot of confidence issues but now can enjoy things and feel more relaxed. Thankful for the hard work the trainers did and how helpful they were in lessons.

Highly recommend! I’m the type of person who doesn’t trust many people with my dogs. After looking through their website and Facebook, I gave it a shot about 6 months ago. Best decision ever. I initially took one of my dogs for enrichment, and then from there got my dogs signed up for group classes. I’ve learned so much from all of their trainers. Very kind, patient, informative, and professional people. It has varied which programs each of my dogs have done, but it includes enrichment, group classes, board and train, and day training. Absolutely fantastic results from every single program! These people truly care for my dogs. I’ve had such great interactions with Madilyn, Ari, Ashley, Bob, Amanda, Bri, and Carly. Thank you so much for all your help!

My husband and I are very new to the company as customers! My little guy (two month old chihuahua) is currently in private training with Carly and I also have him signed up for Puppy Kindergarten in January! After reading a previous review I felt the need to make a review as our consultation went entirely differently than theirs and I would also like to comment on how I feel our experience has been so far.
Our consultation for private training was scheduled with Madilyn to be for 30 mins and was only $25. My main reasoning for going the private training route was to get him started prior to puppy class to avoid bad habit building and to learn the best route to work on his approaches to my cats. I have never had a dog until two weeks ago so I had no idea where to even start. While at the consult, Madilyn offered advice on my concerns AND answered the many (and I mean many) questions about being an owner in general and things to work on with him. She paid attention to my dog and even throughout the conversation made observations on him in the environment. I was very impressed and I was defiantly there past that 30 minute mark and not once did she try rushing an end to the conversation. She continuously asked if I had any other questions which made me feel she valued my time and interest. I happily and excitedly booked without hesitation based on that interaction alone.
We started training the very next day with Carly and she has been absolutely fabulous. Not only has she been addressing our expectations / wants for our dog, but she has been having him do things I NEVER could have even dreamed of him doing. I feel she cares about the success of my dog. It has been so much fun for our dog AND my husband and I. I truly feel she's helping us be confident and proud as dog owners.
I recommend anyone bringing their dog here as I feel it is an investment in both their dog and their self.

We talked with them for board and train.we had initial evaluation with Bob, when we went there for eval,some other trainer was there,mr.Bob not there,all we did is talk and she gave treats to dog,we had two dates in mind,June and August, we decided on June and paid $ 100 for evaluation for what?? Trainer never picked up my dog or no training related gesture eval, just talk .So, I was upset ,i complained,and talked with Bob ( owner of facility),who talked with me on phone and we set up June ,for board and train.For reasons in our family ,we could not do June, so requested August for board and train.Mr.Bob sent me email stating my dog is not a fit for his trainer??? This is a training facility, my dog was fit to train in June but not in August. I think he replied this way because I complained, at initial evaluation, about how bad it was. So it was egoistic/ racist email from mr.Bob .
I will give negative points to this training ctr if I could.
Have lived in this area for many years, but never have received this kind of response from any business, and for God's sake it is a dog training center, what is there to say dog is not fit for trainer??? Then they should stop doing business.

I wanted to give an update, we have done Basic, intermediate, CGC, and therapy dog! They have made a huge difference, during basic class Ella was called the "crazy" dog, now today she passed her final therapy dog test! Without pk9 she would still be crazy! Thank you!!!I bring my dog Ella to basic training with Ashley. We are not done with the 6 weeks yet, but she is already so much improved and she LOVES going to class. We have already enrolled in the next class! Thank you so much

Very positive Atmosphere, Bob has lots of knowledge to give,this is the place to bring your dog for training?????????????????Bob keeps giving his knowledge ,he puts on a community walk on Saturdays, to keep our dog socialize , just a wonderful person …Classes are great not only teaches our dogs , but you as well I have learned a lot myself.. Thank you…

Highly recommend!Our dog does so well with her training! We trust the trainers here with our dog. The socializing classes are great and we know how excited our dog is to go to class!

I think she is entitled to a ZERO based on what I have read from several and the treatment, abuse and death of many innocent animals. Shame on her....Had to mark one star but she deserves ZERO!
