I will never be going back. I gave them multiple other designs and they specifically said they could do these. They clearly could not. And took advantage of me being a teen so even when I spoke up about my nails. They did not fix them let alone care about them. Make sure you’re with your kids when they get their nails done.

I wasn’t impressed with Sonny
I kept asking him to please trim the skin around my toenails and he said he couldn’t. It will wearoff.😳
I’ve never had someone tell me that before
he seemed like he didn’t know how to do a proper pedicure

Save your money & go elsewhere. 1 pedicure, 2 full sets. Was told the full sets would be $55 each. I was charged $220 total. Not sure where that price came from but they clearly aren’t transparent about pricing. This was my inspo and this is what I got. Literally horrible!!!! Nails are so uneven, bumps throughout the nail and my cuticles weren’t touched. My daughter’s nails turned out ok. They did not follow our requests of keeping her nails short. My pedicure was roughly 15 min long, no soak, very minimal effort & I still left with rough heels.

I’ve gone here about 4-5 times. The pedicures aren’t thorough, and my nails and cuticles and dry skin are barely tended to. I think he cut three of my ten nails and there was no filing done and only a slight buffing of my heels with a foam block. They put lotion on my feet and rubbed by legs, not really my feet, and painted my nails no top coat. So my winter hibernation heels are still crispy like I never had a pedicure. I was hoping it would improve when going back but never did. I won’t go there again.

Came in as a walk-in on a Sunday at the start of the morning. Kathy was fabulous and my nails and cuticles look and feel amazing! I will be back!

I drove 40-45 minutes to come and get my nails done, originally I thought that they were cute however after getting home and looking at them more I realized that they had left a glob of acrylic on my bottom of my pinky nail making it look and feel out of place. The lady who was doing a fair amount of my nails was on and off the phone twice (this did not bother me but if you are in a rush it's preferable to not have a distracted nail tech) on the other hand she burned me twice with the drill and made my nails slanted. Around 24 hours after having my nails done 2 of them started lifting in the front and one fell off and another had chipping polish. The people are all around nice and my nails looked fine but they are not strong enough at all. The 60 bucks and long drive were not worth the nails.

We went with 3 adults and 2 kids and had a great experience! They had us in and out in about an hour. Nail techs were nice and good with the girls. They have kids chairs which is nice as well.

I love Star nails! Lisa and her team are so welcoming, friendly and professional. They take there time to do an impeccable job each and every time. If I leave and end up breaking a nail or smudge a toe they always get me right in to fix it! 10 out of 10 in my opinion. Exceptional service and excellent results as always!!

Lisa was great when we arrived for mani/pedis. I usually go with my boys because they love pedicures. We laughed, they listened to my kids stories, and we had fun! Very kid friendly, very clean, and relaxing! I love my nails & my boys love theirs.
