We hired Stevenson to just help us move our large furniture and we were blown away at their expertise and assistance with making our move from Peru to Ottawa. Mike & Angie answered all of our questions and provided plenty of resources to help with packing for our move. Josh and his crew were highly professional during our move. They were on time, efficient with the balance of our packing, padded all of our furniture, and were exceptionally careful with both of our properties while moving. I have never had a smoother move in my life! Thank you Stevenson Transfer for helping us!

The move of the baby grand piano went flawless. The four guys were professional and extremely careful of the piano. They really had to work together in dismantling, wrapping, and moving the parts of the piano. They removed their shoes when entering the living room to put the piano together again. It was amazing to watch them work patiently and carefully. The piano looks great. I would highly recommend Stevenson’s Movers.

I have relocated too many times to mention and have used several moving companies in the US from California to Boston- Chicago to Philadelphia and back - coast to coast. Stevenson Transport in Ottawa has been by far my best experience! Their employees are extremely professional, thorough, cordial and very respectful. They did an excellent job with my move as if it was their own belongings being moved. I will use them again! Thank you for a job very well done! Highly recommend!

All the movers were very respectful of the house and furniture with both packing and moving from house to truck. We have very expensive furniture which needed to be disassembled and reassembled. They placed furniture exactly where we wanted. Job well done!

I have moved a lot. While the intake was lovely the packers were awful. Poorly marked boxes, Willy nilly paper on small things and none on others. Most of my larger furnishings , all high value, have damage. The insurance offered about 4k for thousands in damage as assessed in far excess by their own inspector. Blankets left lint inside a vintage lucite piece. A teak coffee table was nicked, lamp shades damaged, parts missing to a lamp that could not be put together, bed frame put together with a screw through the fabric, feet of a vintage brass shelf lost. Messy at best.

These guys are awesome! I’ve used them twice to move furniture into place in my house. The first time was when I first moved, and the second a year later after renovations were done. They were cheerful and pleasant, even while moving many beds and dressers from the basement and the barn up to the 2nd story. Great work, and worth every dollar!!!

We had a great experience with my move. This is the third time that I have used Stevenson Transfer in the past 4 years. They are great people to work with. It’s very reassuring during a stressful time knowing they will be there and do as agreed.This past move we had Dave and Will pack and move me, they are the absolute best. They're both friendly, respectful and hardworking.

We used Stevenson Transfer Inc to move us an hour and half to our new house. For the first time ever we opted to have them do all of our packing! Our process began with Mike coming to our house and doing a thorough estimate. I was shocked with how close he came! Our total bill came in only over by $80! Very impressive Mike! Communication is a breeze and Angie & Connie are there to address any & all questions. The crew (big shout out to Shaun & James) came in and took over the responsibilities of packing in one day (AMAZING!), loading up day 2 and the delivering everything on day 3. The entire crew were always gracious when I would change my mind about this or that and really allowed us to just trust them with everything! Highly recommend this company and you will be in good hands!

These guys are the best! I did an in town move and the crew came early, we're courteous, Profesional and fast. Customer service was also fantastic from quote to bill. Definitely worth the money, and I doubt you would be able find a better choice anywhere regardless of price. Also, nice to employ a family owned business that has done a lot for Ottawa over the years. Great company all around!
