Normally I don't leave negative reviews or one at all however this man is a scam artist. I usually file my taxes at the beginning of the tax season. When I dropped off the payment and paperwork I was told I would be receiving a call if they needed anything or when it was done. Months went past and no response. I left many messages and voicemails with no luck. I eventually went to the owners place of work and he lied right to my face saying he filed them. So I got smart and contacted the IRS for my tax transcripts I figured they would show if they were filed. All I received from them was a paper stating it was never filed. Now I currently owe the IRS over 500$ in penalties. So all I can say is please do not use Steve Stohr I would hate to see anyone els go through what I have.

Have been using The Tax Stohr for the last few years, have had no issues. Reasonable prices, I have always made an appointment and they get me in at my allotted time slot. Fast returns, pleasant and would recommend to anyone needing a good reliable business.

Steve was able to file my taxes through emails and faxes from over 100 miles away. My schedule and getting away to file them any other way is often not possible. They were filed within an hour or so. He is quick to answer questions and emails. I will definitely be using him in the future and sending referrals his way.
