We have had a Great experience with Turk ! Tracy & Julie were awesome with our purchase. We did a custom order and went very smooth and spot on for the time for order. We ordered Home Stretch furniture because of the comfort and color . They told us 4 weeks , but was here in 3 The delivery guys ,Nathan and partner did a Great job with my delivery! Turks prices were very affordable and Tracy and Julie's honesty went a long way with me & the wife ! We actually live in Channahon and still decided to purchase a little farther out for the sales people we dealt with ! We will purchase from here again. Trust is a Must

Have purchased all my living room furniture from Turks over the past 12 year. Best pricing and quality is the best. Was looking at buying 1 chair. Went away with 2 chairs and a deep discount on side table. Spent about the same as I would have on 1 chair at the other places I visited

We could not be happier with the support we received. Tracey Fischer was a great help to come up with two chairs and a sofa. These items have brought us a lot of enjoyment already. Prices were lower than other stores we visited. They improved the delivery date for us which was a pleasant surprise. We will be back!

We visited Turk furniture in Ottawa looking for two new recliners. We were greeted when we walked in the door and asked if they could be of service. They were not pushy, let us look through the store, and answered all my questions. Gave us samples of the colors available on the recliner that we took home so we could see what color looked best with our furniture. Highly recommend furniture in Ottawa. Friendly, helpful, and were very courteous.

Was looking for TV/sofa table and decided to try Turk's in Ottawa. Was greeted promptly by Julie Sodaro who offered her help in assisting me. I usually like to browse by myself and Julie allowed me to have a look around without hovering but was close by in case I had any questions. I appreciated that she understood my shopping style and I soon found a table from Jofrin Canyon Series that I really liked. Julie answered my questions, offered the sales promo that was going on, and advised that it would be a few weeks for delivery. I appreciated the honesty on the lead time and assured her it was not an issue. The table arrived and I liked it so much that I called Julie back and asked her if there were any matching pieces. Julie found a coffee table and two side tables from the same collection. Because of Julie's help and knowledge of the product line, I also purchased the matching coffee table and 2 side tables. They look great in my living room and I am absolutely thrilled with my purchases. Thank you Julie!!!

Ongoing poor experience and would not recommend. New to the area and my realtor referred me but I wish I went elsewhere. First time homeowner, and I've always ever bought cheap or used furniture. This was going to be a way to treat and congratulate myself but it's just turned into a hassle3 of 4 chairs to the dining room set were wobbly. Silly me did not try sitting in them while the delivery people were here expecting better quality than Walmart. It's now been seven weeks and I still have these shoddy chairs waiting on a replacement.It's been eight weeks since I made my purchase and I'm still waiting on my living room table with no update. I finally called to find out some stools are sitting in the store, and the table is at the warehouse, but delivery was not scheduled. I guess if I hadn't checked in myself, they would've just continued sitting on the money they already charged me for.

Taylor was very helpful and made sure she had correct answers when asked questions. Mike Turk was so friendly and helpful when we had difficult questions. The whole staff was just as helpful and friendly as Taylor and Mike was. Extremely friendly and relaxing experience! 5 stars+!!

I ordered a new entertainment center and two side tables. Made in the US and solid wood. Tracy, our sales lady was very helpful and patient. The two men that delivered….Matt and Daniel…were first class. I am thrilled with the service in store and the merchandise. We will make purchases from Ottawa again.

We’ve had two great purchasing experiences with Tracy Fischer/Decorator Consultant at Turk Furniture in Ottawa. She is detail oriented, professional, very helpful and friendly. Tracy kept us informed throughout the process of manufacture of our furniture and estimated delivery dates, which was amazing with the backlog in production and transport going on in the country. We’d ordered arm covers for a chair that did not arrive with the delivery. Tracy contacted the manufacturer and found that they hadn’t made them. She fast tracked the order and we received them within two weeks!Tracy does an excellent job and we look forward to her help with future furniture purchases.

I purchased a sectional from Turk’s after shopping for one at several stores. The value (quality for the price) exceeded what I found elsewhere. I worked with Tracy. She made the process easy. She allowed me to take a throw pillow home for color comparison in my home and was good with followup. The delivery folks were great, too. They arrived on schedule, were friendly, and efficient.

We originally ordered a couch and love seat that were too big for space. We were able to return them for a full refund with no problem. We place a new order, and love our new couch. We worked with Tracy both times. She was wonderful to work with and had great communication. The delivery of both couches was within the time quoted, and the guys delivering were professional.
