My son's phone was damaged and no longer working. He was traveling alone the next day and we were needing a new phone for him. Melissa was calm, kind and compassionate as we rushed into the store an hour before they closed. She helped him transfer everything onto his new phone with extreme patience and a smile! Thank you, Melissa!

Jose is the best man you can have working in this store. While he actually helped solve our problem which we had to come to him for, he helped 4 customers at the same time. You need to promote this guy. He solved our problem faster than the techs on the lines. Dude is unbelievably good at his job. Not to mention store was past closing time and didn’t mind helping. This is the customer service you guys want. I will constantly recommend him over anyone else in the store.
