The customer service here is horrible. They are imbeciles that don’t know how to work a return process. Took me having to come back a second time after calling a different Walmart to prove them wrong and still got no apology when they realized they were in the wrong, after belittling us and trying to say we were wrong. Horrible customer service, horrible store. Morris is by far a better store than Walmart will ever be. :) p.s. if I could give a 0/5 stars I would!! ??

Very bad phone answer they answer then put you on hold I’m been waiting 30mins at auto care and phone just hangs up the 5th time I’ve called and it’s just been getting repeated ????????

The store has a wide variety of items, and some of the employees are nice and helpful. However, I've noticed a recurring issue that seems to happen at almost every Walmart or every store in general: the prices at checkout often don't match the prices displayed on the shelves. This inconsistency can be quite frustrating.
Overall has tons of items. I feel they are overpriced for certain electronics and some are a really good price. Don’t know if that has to do with Walmart or the manufacturer. Or both.

They also have a pharmacy, eye care center, and other services available, which is convenient if you need them.
For your shopping needs in Ottawa, the Walmart Supercenter is a solid choice. It's convenient, has a wide selection, good prices, and friendly staff, making it a go-to spot for folks in town.

I love this Walmart! The online pickup team is super hard working and fast, customer service and store associates are all friendly and helpful. Store is clean, and has a great selection of products.

The employees here suck, especially at self checkout. They love to racial profile so if you don’t fit in and look like sheep they’ll only stare at you like you’re going to steal something. It’s very unfortunate and creepy. Like why would people steal at self checkout anyways lmao. The workers who do the shopping are rude and ignorant. They don’t care about actual paying customers. They stop right in front of you and walk around like they own the isles. Like calm down. Your job isn’t that serious. Not to mention they are ALWAYS slow in the fishing and paint department. The “button” they have for “service” is literally pointless. Needless to say, this Walmart is a joke.
