I have been stopping at the Palatine 7-Eleven 404 Palatine road, every day for 5 years, this is the cleanest most well-stocked, everything you need for One-Stop shopping, Sheha and Uday are my favorite associates they are always friendly polite, respectful and Greet me by my name, and it makes you feel good when people know who you are, they always give me the updates on coupons and special deals, and very helpful, these two get a five-star rating from me, and I will continue shopping at this store

My cookie had finger print in it and i ate around it without realizing but the worker got angry and yelled at me “no pinger up and down up and down” the cookie was very brittle so i couldnt have done it myself. His accent was very strong but he seemed very threatening when he said “is pinger evidence”

Me and a friend biked to this 7-eleven on July 11th to take advantage of the free slurpee deal. When we arrived, we were greeted with floors so sticky they took off my friend’s shoe and counters with slurpee syrups and trash skewed all over. We also heard that the store was “all out of slurpees” which was clearly a lie, as there were many cups and a large amount of slurpee juice still in the dispenser. While we were checking out, we were told that two ice cream sandwiches would only cost $2 total, but when we went to pay they were $2.99 each. The cashier proceeded to yell at us and upcharge us until I explained for the fourth time that we’ll put the ice cream back. Do not come here if you don’t like being yelled at and uncharged!

I kept coming in and giving them business but the afternoon worker kept giving me the wrong change and charging me for something I didn’t bring to the register. Notified them online about it and someone called me to make things right?. Udai ;the store manager called me and resolved my problem. I came back later in the week to talk to the owner.I will keep giving them business ever since me and Udai spoke. It’s a clean, friendly, helpful and best of all a bountiful store with many options. I didn’t even know a cookies and cream brownies existed! I really like this 7/11 store.?

This 7-11 is the very best I’ve ever been to in my life! The selection is vast in drinks, etc offering an amazing variety of cold or hot drink is! This store is immaculately clean and offers everything you need while in the road or on an errand.

This is a brand new 7-Eleven that offers Mobile gas, and is open 24 hours. It is clean and organized, and the staff seems friendly. It has a car wash attached that is open during the day. Everything was well stocked, and no issues at the pump.

The store itself is pretty nice since everything is new. My issue was with the car wash. Paid $9 for the basic to try it out for the first time and my car was still filthy like it didn’t even touch it. Pictures are right after I got home from the wash (I live 4 blocks away).

Drink machines consistently don't have syrup flavoring. Staff always says "sometimes we run out" apparently that means "we ran out and have chosen to do nothing about it, but you can pay more for bottles"

Employees don't wear masks even though there's a mask mandate in the county and a sign on the door that says masks are required. Make it make sense.

This is a brand new 7-Eleven and Mobil combined store. It opened in the past couple months after a complete rebuild. I have been stopping by for coffee in the morning as they have the new machines that grind and give you fresh coffee. Being on a busy corner the gas is higher than other places in the area. Overall a great store to visit.
