Just walked in looking for a baby cactus and or succulent. Didnt find them but I did see Halloween decor at the front door and table had a big sign “Buy One Get One 50% Off”
I grabbed 2 Halloween items and eventually made it to the register before meeting a sales associate. As they rang me up it came out as full price. I said “excuse me the table at the front door said the 2nd item would be 50% off” my ghoulish looking cashier did not know how to do that so she had to call over someone else. They had to radio to another person to ask. After waiting a minute or two the ghoulish eldery lady said outta nowhere “no these will be full price” without hearing back from the associate who was checking
Hahahahah. Nope. You can have those and have the joy of restocking em today. Left the cart there as well.

Today, I visited Ace Hardware in order to obtain a key for my recently purchased used vehicle and a house key as my current one is on the verge of breaking. I would like to express my gratitude towards Lisa. Despite being ready to finish her shift for the day, she went above and beyond to assist me. She stayed back, ensuring that I had everything I required. Her exceptional help, patience, and dedication did not go unnoticed. I am thankful for this outstanding service and will definitely be returning to this store more frequently. Thank you, Lisa, for your exceptional effort.

I've been coming to this Ace sporadically for years. Overtime I have come here less and less due to cranky employees and lack of communication no greetings customer service if you found somebody who was willing to help they were great. But today I ran into Will... Who appears to be the manager here now and let me tell you he approached me to see if I needed anything he was friendly courteous super helpful and went informed of the lack of customer service in the past he said we are working on it. So if you have stopped coming here because of customer service in the last couple years I highly recommend giving them another shot. And will seems to be aware of the areas of lacking and working on fixing it.

I stopped in to find replacement screws for a computer monitor mounting arm. I couldn't find any information online about what size I needed but an employee (wish I had got his name) helped me find the right size. They've got my business going forward

Great service...nice honest people...plenty of free parking...nice selection of plants and flowers that are of a higher grade...be careful of the grill prices as you need to catch it on sale or just get it at another place because of price. Quick stop and out ......

The people were welcoming and friendly. I just wished when I asked for help making keys, they would have told me the price beforehand. Basically $5 per key. I needed 6 keys. What's the world coming to.
