Food quality is alright. I mainly shop there because of their low price. They have horrible customer service. I will go somewhere else because of the customer service.

Aldi truly is the mecca of groceries, I normally don't favor large corporations, however Aldi is one of the 2 corporations i hold dearly in my heart. I dont want 54 types of bbq sauce, i dont want to sample food, I don't want an industrial sized pack of toilet paper, i want Aldi. I regularly MAKE money shopping at Aldi due to people forgetting to collect their quarters. I dont need a single use plastic bag i just use a box that would have otherwise polluted a landfill, i then use that box instead of a recycling bin bag, and only then can its desecrated carcass be laid to rest. If i want variety, ill wait a couple weeks, this week is German week, is Aldi even a German company? I though it was 2 nordic brothers beefing over selling cigarettes? Either way i dont care because i can eat healthy, cheap, tasty meals because of Aldi. I would get a tattoo of the Aldi logo in exchange for a bottle of their apple wine in a heartbeat. Aldi truly has a stranglehold on me and i dont care. Please, shop at Aldi.

My go-to grocery store! We always find different things to try when we do our monthly grocery haul. I love how their brands do not have any artificial dyes. That's a huge plus for me!

Store is always well-kept and the staff are always friendly and helpful. This location is my go-to for all my grocery shopping.
Update: whoever turned down the volume on the self checkout so it doesn't tell you to scan something every 5 seconds is a godsend.

The employees at Aldi Palatine are very rude!! It seems that they are not in a good mood to answer questions to consumers.
The cashier (a guy) today, didn't even say HELLO or thank you.
At Aldi in Lake Zurich the employees are friendlier. They even ask if everything was okay.
