A late post but wanted to share, had such a wonderful experience at this store last week. Raphael was very kind, professional and helpful to say the least. Not only did he help me upgrade my current phone I also saved money on my bill. It's not every day you run into sales representatives that make you feel wonderful about a purchase/service and go above and beyond to help their customers. Will definitely be sticking to this location from now on!

I needed special help because my voicemail stopped working. I was in the store for a while and witnessed how Isabel Valentina helped each person that came in a caring way. Everyone had problems and she patiently helped them. You are lucky to have such a great person representing ATT. I will find Isabel when I need to get new phones or services. And. She dug in a fixed my voicemail. I had called customer service on the phone and after more than an hour, they could not help me. A big thank you to Isabel.

Rafael and Jermal made me feel at home when looking around carriers since, we are not from the area. Really knowledgeable and took their time to make sure I knew everything! This is my main store moving forward!

Flabbergasted at the poor service here. After waiting almost an hour, only one service rep available… ended up needing a new phone, picked it out, waited 10 minutes for their vault to open, only to find out they were out of my phone but conveniently have a more expensive one available. When I added that it was frustrating to wait as long as I did, the representatives response was “I was on PTO so I don’t know our inventory.” While I appreciate it is not easy to run a store solo, it’s unfortunate how it depreciates the customer’s experience.
